Fenton Pride Collective is excited to have our own vendors at Pride Night and to offer spaces for community organizations to set up booths and offer information on who they are and what they do! If you own a business and would like to sell your goods or services or represent a community organization and would like to spread the word about your group, please fill out the form below. Pride Night is our biggest event of the year and draws hundreds from the area, so it’s a great way to get your name out there!

Deadline to apply: May 24th, 2024

Spaces measure 10 ft. by 10 ft. Due to the limited amount of spaces, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to have more than one space, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. The fees for spaces are as follows:
– 1 space = $30
– 2 spaces = $55

Please note that to be considered a Community Organization (and not a Vendor), your organization must be a registered non-profit (i.e. 501(c)3, 501(c)4, etc.).

Individuals and organizations that occupy booths at Pride Night shall not be considered as being endorsed or supported by the Fenton Pride Collective. Fundraising, especially by individuals or groups designated under code 527 by the IRS, is strictly prohibited at Pride Night.

All chairs, tables, tents, etc. needed for each booth will need to be provided by you. None will be provided. Set up opens at 4 PM and booths must stay up until 8:30 PM.
